What information is collected?
When you sign the Emprende 360 Service Agreement through our digital enrollment form, the following information is recorded: your full name, your digital signature, the date and time of your signature, and the IP address of the device used at the time of submission. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored by Emprende 360 directly.
How your information is used?
The information collected through this form is used solely to create and maintain a record of your Service Agreement with Emprende 360 LLC — confirming that you became an authorized broker on our platform on the date of your signature. It is used for our internal records, account creation, and to verify the agreement between you and Emprende 360 LLC. Nothing more.
What we do not do with your information?
We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. Your information stays with Emprende 360 LLC and is used only in connection with your broker membership.
Your CRM data?
Any information you enter into the StartPoint CRM — including your clients, leads, and business data — belongs exclusively to you. Emprende 360 does not access, view, or use the data you store within your CRM account. You are the only party with the ability to export or delete that information.

These Terms of Service apply specifically to the use of the Emprende 360 LLC digital enrollment form. They govern how the information submitted through that form is handled and what you agree to by completing and signing it.
By signing the enrollment form, you confirm that:
• The information you provided — including your name and signature — is accurate and belongs to you.
• You are entering into a Service Agreement with Emprende 360 LLC as an independent broker.
• The information submitted through this form will be used by Emprende 360 LLC solely to create and maintain a record of your broker enrollment.
• You have read and understood the Service Agreement presented within the form.
Limitation of use
The information collected through this enrollment form is used exclusively for the purposes described in this document and in the Privacy Policy above. It is not used for any purpose beyond creating and maintaining your broker record with Emprende 360 LLC.
Full terms of your membership
The complete terms and conditions governing your membership — including services included, commissions, payment terms, the 90-day guarantee, and all other conditions — are contained in the Service Agreement you signed. That document is the complete and binding agreement between you and Emprende 360 LLC.
